The VAUPEL INDIA Operation was established in New Delhi (India) in year 1996. Vaupel India has been focusing on providing complete end-to-end solutions for label industry backed by a single window support for all our products through a team of well-trained staff under the supervision of Mr. Prabhat Bhardwaj.
The “VAUPEL” organization was established in year 1839 in Wuppertal near Dusseldorf in West Germany. This place Wuppertal in Germany was turned famous and center for narrow fabric weaving in Germany. The long experience over 167 years of VAUPEL organization has made their brand known all over the world for its quality and service standards for their product range.
The expertise of VAUPEL for their products has been recognized worldwide and they remain leader in introducing the new technologies to the world whether it was broad label loom manufacturing in 1970 with heat slit and thermo-fixing process or the introduction of latest first time ever modular cutting system MCS and modular cutting display MCD with touch screen in ITMA exhibition in Paris in year 1999. The introduction of the new Adjusting Cutting Position systems (ACP) was a remarkable development by VAUPEL, which enables to synchronize the weaving and the cutting/slitting of the woven fabric.
VAUPEL has been the first one to introduce the air-jet technology to the world of label weaving in early 1980 and today the fastest label weaving machine in the world at running speed of 1250 picks per minutes.
VAUPEL brings you always the latest in the evaluation of their family of label weaving machines. The woven label weaving machine model EWM series are the most efficient and productive looms on the market. The heat set EWM labels are fully washable and require no additional process. The patented EWM series label weaving machines from VAUPEL are operating worldwide and represent the latest technology on the woven label market.
VAUPEL has different systems to meet different manufacturing needs like flexible rapier machines, rigid rapier or air-jet weaving machine with different cutting systems like SCU, SCU-II or patented SEL for desired softness level of the slit edges of the labels. Now another chapter has been added during recent ITMA 2003 in Birmingham in label slitting technology with the introduction of NEW SCU-III for cutting small width labels as 6 mm. The machines offered by VAUPEL are suitable and available from 8-16 colors according to its particular models. |
